Return policies

All items are carefully checked before being shipped to ascertain their conformity and integrity.

The KIMAKEM srl returns policy allows you to reconsider the purchase made on the website www.kmk-refinishing.com and to return the purchased item, without having to specify the reason, up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date of the products (the courier's delivery note will be relied upon), in compliance with the General Law on Customer and Consumer Protection.

When exercising the right of withdrawal in compliance with these provisions, you will be entitled to obtain the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product which will be returned in full excluding shipping costs (borne by you and at the purchase rate). The sum will be refunded within 15 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the return (subject to receipt of the goods). The refund will be made by the same payment method used by you or by your preferred method, at no additional cost to KIMAKEM srl as a consequence of the refund.

The items must be returned in conditions of substantial integrity (unopened) and complete with any packaging, documents and accessories.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail to  info@kimakem.com and, at the same time, return the product following the instructions shown on this page. This must all occur within the terms indicated above.

The website channel  www.kmk-refinish.com may not be used for returns of goods purchased from third parties, such as retail stores or other websites (the registration and invoice will certify the actual purchase on  www.kmk-refinish.com and the respective goods purchased).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS (RETURNS)

1. Send a communication by e-mail to info@kimakem.com informing of the return and the reason, if possible
2. Await a response confirming acceptance of the return (to verify the terms and conditions) by e-mail from KIMAKEM srl
3. Follow the instructions indicated in the e-mail
