Shipping

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 48 hours (working days) upon receipt of payment.
Shipping times are subject to the courier policies, the geographical characteristics of the shipping address and other normal or extraordinary conditions not dependent on us.
You can still check the status of your shipment through the tracking number sent by email by the courier and that you can also find by visiting your order section from your account.
 

Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number to track the status of your shipment in real time. You can also find the tracking number by entering your order from your account.
In case of delays, you can inquire about the delivery by contacting the courier directly. However, we are always available to help you if you do not receive answers.

The shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged once the order is placed.
